Welcome to the Next Level, the newsletter that helps you never lose your phone again.
One of the best things about running is it's a break from technology.
You can't look at your phone while running. You could even leave your phone at home but you probably want to have your phone with you just in case. You might want to listen to a podcast or make a call.
But the problem is where do you put your phone while running?
You don't want it loose in your pocket jostling around. That's super annoying.
You could get one of those armbands. But it's hard to get to your phone when it's attached to your bicep.
And you don't want to carry it in your hand because you could drop it. Or you'll be tempted to look at it while running which I guarantee will result in you tripping or running into a mailbox (remind me to tell you about the time my daughter DID run into a mailbox... she was a little embarrassed but otherwise fine).
But for the last few years every single time I head out for a run, I bring this one piece of inexpensive equipment that has solved the problem of what to do with my phone.
The flipbelt.
This is a lightweight "belt" that goes around your waist. It's like a slimmed-down fanny pack that no one else can see.
It has space for your phone, keys, wallet, and even a small snack.
It's super comfortable and holds your belongings securely while remaining easily accessible.
I never go for a run without it.
So if you're struggling with what to do with your phone on your run, grab the flipbelt to secure your phone and enjoy your run.

The Running OS launches on December 20th!
Inside you'll get access to the self-paced video course that shares the exact system I used to go from lazy Dad bod to Jacked Runner.
If you’ve dreamed of becoming a better runner, but feel like the window of opportunity to become the athlete you were meant to be is slipping away, then this is the course for you.
Because it's not too late. There's still time to realize your potential.
And even though running is often a solo sport, the way you succeed is together.
That's why Running OS includes an online community.
A place to share, support, and be held accountable.

Every Saturday, I share one tip to help you get stronger, run farther, and live longer.
Last week my legs felt like concrete blocks after running 30+ miles, biking 30+ miles and hitting 5 strength workouts (focusing mainly on my legs). But just 30 minutes of this one thing and I felt fresh as a daisy. No, I didn't pop any pills or chug a magical recovery shake. I dragged my sweaty self into a 180°F wooden box and sat there staring at the door. Sounds weird, right? Let me explain why sitting in a hot box changed my running game forever... See, most runners think recovery only...
Welcome to GO FOR A RUN, the newsletter that helps you get lost... in a good way. Do you ever get tired of running the same routes every time you head out the door? Don’t get me wrong, I have a few favorite loops that I hit every week. It’s nice to go on autopilot and just enjoy the run, knowing exactly what’s coming around the corner. But sometimes, I want to see something new. There’s nothing better than finding fresh trails, stumbling upon an epic scenic overlook, or bouncing through some...
Welcome to GO FOR A RUN, the newsletter that’ll never judge you (for wearing headphones on a run). I’m no purist. To be honest, purists annoy me. You can run outside OR on a treadmill. You can run barefoot OR in whatever shoes you like You can run in the city, the woods, the mountains… wherever you want. I’m even okay if you choose not to run if you get your exercise somehow else. All good with me. And if you want to listen to something while running, go ahead and do so. Dare I say I even...
